Lovely location, great holiday base for visiting East Devon. Would definitely book to stay again.
8.0Quiet, peaceful dog friendly location not too far from amenities. A short walk to the donkey sanctuary for a delicious breakfast and great coffee.
− The Wi-Fi and phone coverage wasn’t very good, which was an issue for the younger members of our group.

− Lack of on site facilities such as a ship/cafe/bar would have made a difference

− No WiFi and bad phone connection on mobile I think due to remote location.
Lovely peaceful holiday
8.0The cottages are adequately spaced apart so you are not on top of each other. Very quiet and peaceful with lovely sound occasionally of the donkeys from the Donkey Sanctuary which is a very short walk to, also free to enter ! Had all the appliances and kitchen utensils including pots and pans needed. Beds were comfy and hot water for the showers. Bathrooms were clean as was kitchen. Plenty of parking.
− Nothing really maybe cottages could do with a lick of paint here and there. WiFi wasn't working while we were there and signal is a bit hit and miss but not there to be on phones so wasn't a big deal!
