10.0I just believe the hotel could use an upgrade. My room still had a shower curtain. The view from my room was a boat. I am happy with all the staff.

6.0Lack of attention to detail. We fixed the lamp shade. We tightened the knob on the wardrobe door. We removed the tape that was left on mirror from a previos sign. Toilet seat was loose. The never vacuumed once even though you could clearly see the floor had lots of bits on it. Asked to replace kettle it was beyond disgusting. Coat hangers broken in wardrobe. Bar staff very friendly owners only interested in socializing with their friends at the bar. Charge for breakfast was $35 each more than lunch would have been, why I dont know. When we come back tot he beautiful Norfolk Island I dont think we will stay at The Castaway.
