7.0We had a great stay! The highlight of our experience was definitely the hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality really made a difference. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful. As for the room, it was comfortable and good value for the price. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

8.0Great hotel with a perfect location. Very close to the Temple of the Tooth and Kandy town. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good service. We had a comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kandy.

− There was no lift. No telephone in the room to contact the reception. No toiletries. Body wash was empty. No way to contact them to get it. No proper blanket
