1.0Never got to experience anything but rudeness. Nothing to like.
− The reception lady was rude. Here is what happened to us. Having driven about 400km from Botswana we were met with a very rude welcome by a lady who answered the intercom approximately at 11.30am on Saturday 16th Septemeber 2023. The lady who answered did not introduce herself and she told us that they were fully booked and we had no reservation. We tried to engage her and tell her we have a reservation and pin. She was rude and not interested in us and what we had to say. She was adamant that we had not booked. She did not bother to open the gate or just merely check that what we are saying is true. Instead, she proceeded to hang up on us. We then tried to make a phone call to the listed number and got no answer. All this happened whilst we were still parked in the driveway outside the establishment. This posed a security risk to us driving a foreign registered vehicle.

1.0I never ate anything because I never stayed there, when I arrived in kampton park I called and they told me they are not in business when I was asking for directions to the place🥺
