10.0One of the best places we stayed in the whole of Central America. All staff were very friendly and Carlos even upgraded our room to a bigger one because he said I was too tall for the room we booked 🙏

9.0This was my third time at Case Verde but next time I pass through Santa Ana I'll probably look elsewhere. They've made some changes since my 2024 visit, the biggest being the rooftop terrace. Before you could sit on the terrace and enjoy the night view, it was the best thing about the place, loved sitting up there. Now the terrace is part of a bar / coffee venue so you can't sit up there freely anymore (and even then it's limited to their opening days/hours). Without the terrace this place loses some of its prior appeal. Otherwise it's still one of the better choices in town, the place is clean and well-maintained and the breakfast will not disappoint. A positive change from before... they changed the entrance to another side of the building and now you get your own key, no need to hit a buzzer and wait for someone to open the door.

10.0Das Flair des Hostels ist wirklich schön. Wir waren dort für 4 Nächte und es gab ausser uns nur wenige Gäste. Das Personal ist wirklich herz allerliebst, der junge Boy, der unsere Wäsche machte, die Damen von Küche & Service,, die Zimmermädchen, die Damen vom Rezeptionsbereich und last but not least natürlich Carlos. Ein beinahe tränendes Auge hatten meine Frau und ich beim Abschied. Unser Zimmer Nr. 1 war geräumig und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Warmwasser war die meiste Zeit vorhanden. Im Hostel gibt es überall gemütliche Ecken zum Verweilen. Die Küche für Gäste ist super ausgestattet- dort steht praktischerweise auch permanent gefiltertes Trinkwasser zur Verfügung. Es gibt für jedes Zimmer einen ausgewienen Platz im Gemeinschafts-Kühlschrank. Man kommt schnell in Kontakt. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und landestypisch. Kaffee und Saft konnte man gratis nachbestellen. Parken des Mietwagens vor der Tür ab 17 Uhr problemlos. Wir waren zu 99,99 % zufieden.
− Nur O,01% war Unzufriedenheit. Die Toillettenspülung in unserem Bad war etwas schwerfällig. Es waren im Schnitt 3-6 Spülgänge nötig bis alle Hinterlassenschaften verschwunden waren. Keine Ahnung, ob wir den Spülknopf nicht richtig bedient haben. Selten spülte es nach dem ersten Virgang komplett....kein leckeres Thema haha.
