3.0First for the good. I liked they had a mini fridge and a microwave, plenty of shampoo and other toiletries. The bed was not bad on comfortability. Staff was very nice and accommodating when I asked for more coffee pods and creamer. The location while not smack in town was nice and close.
− The bad: shower curtain has a coating of pink mildew at the bottom and the room just did not feel clean. In checking out we noticed several rooms with doors open and they had been recently remodeled with nice updated laminate flooring and the bathrooms much nicer. Mine looked to be original with gross old carpet and everything outdated. If you go ask for an updated room. Also, the outside north stairs are dangerous. Loose and wobbly.
Overall it was okay for overnight.

− Sliding door is broken and no lock. No hot shower, towels are very old.

7.0It was fairly close to town and to the music festival. Beds comfortable, good shower, ac worked well.
− I would call this a value-motel.. but it was quite expensive. Probably because we were there for the music festival and they jacked up the rates. Understandable.. but it was a lot of money for what it is.

− No towels in one room and not enough towels in the other. No reception to ask for towels. Could use some cleaning

3.0Location. Young man at front desk was awesome.
− Carpets dirty. Stair rails splintered and unstable. Bottom of steps did not feel safe. Sink was very slow to drain like it was clogged. Shower head popped off while using. Rooms are very dark. Exposed bulbs.
