10.0Perfect one night stay. Perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Delicious breakfast, eggs cooked exactly to my request. Homemade jam, what a treat. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

10.0Loved the house and garden .The room beautifully decorated and very comfy bed. The en-suite bath room had a lovely rolltop bath and period features an amazing stained glass window. The breakfast was included in the price of the room made from local quality ingredients and tasted amazing. We would highly recommend The Lions for a stay in Newark on Trent. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming we fully intend to return.
