A quite decent hotel at such price. Simple bfast offered. Always ensure ur room is non smoking.
6.0How the staff promptly respond over the complaint and giving out solution. Room upgraded and it is spacious. Upgraded Room is clean and pretty comfortable.
− The smell of the bathroom, the first room offered was definitelt smoking room or indeed left by previous guests that is smoking. The room needed to be upgraded thou, since it is rebranding from Santika Hotel. Was there 6 yrs ago and I recognize from the lobby.
Comfortable and well equipped city centre hotel, just opposite the station
9.0Brilliantly located, just opposite the main station, but with most rooms facing away from the road. As soon as you step inside, the place feels calm and comfortable. Rooms are fairly small, but beds are comfy and the showers work well. The buffet breakfast is copious, and offers plenty of choice.
− Mostly fine, but coffee at breakfast could have been better, as could the selection of fresh fruit. Bathroom hand basins don’t seem to have hot water - for wet shaving I had to collect it from the shower with the kettle provided in the room.
