10.0I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The customer service provided by the front desk team was outstanding, with the staff always available and eager to assist. Special recognition goes to Ms. Anatolia, who truly stood out as the star of the customer service team—her professionalism and attentiveness made a significant difference in my experience. The rooms were impeccably maintained and very clean, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment. The room service team also did a tremendous job, delivering prompt and efficient service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to all amenities, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would gladly repeat.

Clean, modern and large room near airport.
6.0− Arrived early at 11am to drop bags off and was told we could checkin early at 1pm but when we returned at 1pm we were told to come back at 2pm! Flashing white light (smoke alarm?) in bedroom was disruptive. Air conditioner in room sounded faulty with loud humm, disruptive. Having to pay extra for internet access (and it was slow)

4.0− Very disappointed with my stay. The air conditioner was leaking water throughout the entire stay, and despite informing the receptionist 3–4 times, nothing was done. The constant dripping into the wardrobe was very disturbing. The shower glass door was also stuck and difficult to use. Definitely not worth the price paid.
