6.0The greenery in the resort, the well maintained premises, and even the rooms were clean and comfortable.
− Lackluster services..... The staff seemed to be inattentive and repeated blunders and delays ultimately impacted our vacation experience. For the category of resort they are ( 4 or 5:star) and the kind of money they charged, the service fell 😭 below expectations!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the food was good, and the staff was warm and attentive throughout our stay. The peaceful ambiance and excellent hospitality made our visit truly enjoyable. A great choice for families, especially those traveling with young children. We look forward to visiting again!* 😊✨🏨
− One area for improvement would be the pool management. During our stay, a single group occupied most of the pool for an extended period, making it difficult and somewhat uncomfortable for other guests to use the facility. As the pool area is not very large, it would be helpful if the hotel could ensure that all guests have a fair opportunity to enjoy it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would be happy to visit again.
