Fantastic except for bed bugs

Place is great - great views, great staff!

− Bed bugs in the room left me a little uncomfortable for a few days! Thought it was just mosquito bites (which i also had, but cant avoid that!) - had to see a Dr in Nairobi as bites got infected.

The service is exceptional. The food options are amazing and a lot. The chef showing up to check-in during meals is a great touch. The staff are so warm, always checking in with a smile.

It was Next to the River and You could See Elephants come to graze and drink water from the comfort of the Hotel. The Staff especially Daniel was Amazing . Very Hospitable and helpful. The food was great but overpriced . Breakfast was also good with different options to choose from.

− It’s so dissapointing that the Location they have pinned both on their Google Website and Booking.com is wrong . You end up washing alot of time trying to locate where the Camp is located . We had to drive looking for the Camp for more than 2 hours since we got to Archers Camp . In Addition the contact provided is also a false contact . I called more than 10 times and nobody ever picked the call . Ended up arriving at the Camp around 10pm and that was after I got help from the Security personell in the Park ( Not Part of the hotel). The Manager came to Check on out wellbeing , and even confirmed the number was Not theirs . I had expected she would give the Right contact number but she didn’t Even bother . They also know that the Location pinned is not the Right one but they havent changed . That means they are ignorant. I would Not recommend someone to go to This Camp honestly . I have checked upto today( A month after my Visit) they havent changed the contact Details and the Location as well . The staff only showed concerned on the time of arrival on Day 1 . The other days nobody cared if we were okay or not .

Location was not clear and the reservation and hotel numbers were never picked up when we called.I called 27 times on the reservation number and then the numbers on the hotel website only one was picked but the user said that the hotel wrongly uses their number and have requested that change of number for 3 years without any change. This left us lost and stranded until we paid someone from archers post town to take us to Ashnil. We finally arrived at midnight. In the morning we gave feedback to the manager a lady and she was not professional at all. In short she lacked the hospitality attitude
