Modern hotel, friendly staff
10.0Big rooms in a very modern and friendly hotel. It is hard for a hotel to have a very good location in Barranquilla because the city is sprawling and impossible to walk. But the street was easy for taxis to find and there is a great little vegan restaurant just around the corner (on foot!). There is a decent range of options at breakfast, including a selection of vegan/vegetarian options, but these can run out quickly if you are not down early.
− Given how modern the hotel is, we never once received a full set of clean towels. There were very obvious stains on at least one towel each time we asked for new ones. I don't know if this was an issue with washing or just carelessness. Otherwise the hotel is very clean. The "jacuzzi" is out of service and had obviously been out of service for a long time with no clear sign it will be coming into use any time soon.
