Pleasant and I felt heard.

Breakfast was good and the staff was good for every aspect of the hotel.

− My only small complaint is that I asked to check the AC in my room and I was told that the tenperature was kept the same everywhere. It was a bit hot at times.

Good to know

As per government guidelines, all visitors from Brazil must self-isolate for a minimum of 7 days upon arrival, despite having a negative test report. In order to end the isolation, guests must take another test and present a negative result. Thus, guests arriving from Brazil will be required to stay in their room for the first 7 nights of their stay at the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
