Poor cleanliness, extremly slow WIFI, inadequate air conditioning, privacy concerns

− I wasn't happy with my hotel stay. The room's cleanliness was a concern. The towels, bedsheets, and even the floor seemed like they hadn't been cleaned properly, all covered in dust. It felt like the room hadn't been looked after well. The air conditioner was too old to cool the room effectively, making my stay uncomfortable. Also, even though the hotel had many WiFi networks, one for each floor, the internet was extremely slow. It was so slow that I couldn't even run a speed test to see how bad it was. The bathroom window's tint was old and faded, making it easy for people outside to see in. This could be a big issue for anyone who values their privacy. Also, there was no elevator, so I had to use the stairs. Sometimes, the person at the front desk did not understand or speak English well. Later, I found another place close by that was not only better in terms of cleanliness and facilities but also cheaper.

good location, good powerful shower, bed ok

− room was a bit dated and not modern, first question at reception was to get me to check out earlier than 12pm as specified on website; I didnt. room had a kettle but no coffee to use.
