− TV solo in camera, cucina con attrezzature scarsissime, macchina del caffè con cialde incompatibili, tante scale di cui non si parlava al momento della prenotazione, poca pulizia (ho usato le ciabattine di cortesia e la suola è diventata nera), piatto doccia con striature annerite

8.0Filomena the housekeeper was very helpful. The apartment was very clean & in an excellent location.
− The request for the sofa bed to be made up had not been communicated to the housekeeper and it was lucky we arrived before she had finished for the day. There was no shower gel in the receptacle and the shower drainage was very slow. We would like to suggest that a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge would be a welcome addition to the service.

− Di sicuro non è in Boutique Hotel semplice appartamento poco curato, NO aria condizionata, ma posso pure capirlo trattandosi di un palazzo storico ma almeno mettete delle zanzariere cosi da poter dormire con la finestra aperta sarebbe sicuramente una cosa utile. Da migliorare
