9.0The front desk people were friendly & helpful. The breakfast spread was full of great options & loads of seating. The room was nice.

Poor staff and parking.

− The staff called out my name and room number. Big security no no! They had our pet on the booking and then charged me more after. And their parking is terrible. Had to deal with drunk guests because no one could find a place to park with a trailer
