− Room was dirty, woman hair was still on bed and pillows, meaning they did not change bed. Room service up to 8.45pm only. Had to walk a lot plus use stairs to get to the room

3.0− There was no bedding for the sofa bed and we were told that housekeeping has left for the day. We paid for three beds but could only use two which was far from acceptable. Also an alarm went off in the middle of the night, followed by an announcement half an hour later. Also the TV turned itself on (obviously set by a timer) and woke everyone up.
