4.0Was very disappointed by services and rude pushy communication from hotel staff. Dirty carpet with lot of stains, dusty room, stale pillowcases, bedsheet with stain.. They tried to charge us the room price for spilled fruit drink by kid. Unfortunately did not read reviews beforehand, it seems that's their other way to earn money is to charge guests additionally. Such spills could be easily cleaned by lemon acid which cost less then a dollar. It looks like they have most unprofessional cleaners. Very disappointed. Spoilt our birthday holiday in Kazan. Ought to move to another hotel where stay was purely outstanding for the same price. Sad to be disappointed
Very convenient location with excellent staff and rooms. Only problem, no vegetarian food.
10.0The hotel is located very close to all tourist destinations. Like the Kremlin is just a 10 min walk from the hotel. There multiple eateries available at a stone throw distance. We did not eat at hotel restaurant except our breakfast as they did not have any vegetarian food options. The rooms are big and spacious. The cleaning is also top class and toiletries are of excellent quality. The front desk staff is super helpful and courteous and always ready to help. Best part is they speak English so if you don’t know Russian, you can survive. We had a very memorable experience and we are sure we will come back here.

10.0Nice location, smart staff, clean room, fresh breakfast. Everything was good enough. Especially, they have two double beds room, it was perfect for my family, one adult and two children. They offered us early check in, late check out, thanks to their kind support.
