Staff and service is really nice, and they r very effeicient
9.0Very kind staff and service. Although there’s some miscommunication at the beginning since I’ve requested for early check in, but staff sort it out for me quickly and upgraded my room to a bigger room.
− The bath screen is a bit counterintuitive, it install on the opposite end of the shower.
Brilliant staff
10.0Excellent location for the Tube and bus. The staff were warm and welcoming, especially Cigdem.
− It’s not the hotel, but when come out of the Tube station it is a very busy street market which some people may find disconcerting.
