10.0Everything was perfect about this motel. The price was very reasonable and the owner was very pleasant. He went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable and gave us plenty of suggestions for supper and sight seeing. Fresh coffee available in morning. Even called me to let me know that I had left the pillow behind.

2.0Property has had some upgrades but there is a long, long way to go. Example, filthy light switches that have been in there for decades, room reeked of dirt and endless cigarettes. In corner behind the door was a massive spider web with dead insects entangled in the web and about 25 flies in the window, some were smashed with the curtain and some were chasing us in the room. Road noise was loud, beds were 20 years old and overall the whole place is in shambles. There are much better places to stay in Mitchell, until this motel is fully gutted. Don't waste your time/money staying here.
