6.0Me fue mal al momento de pagar la cuenta. En mi reserva de Hoteles.com decía claramente que el precio incluía todos los cargos e impuestos, pero al pagar me cobraron el IVA. Uso mucho Hoteles.com y nunca me había pasado esto. Esto hizo que una buena estadía se transforme en una decepción.
