1.0How nice and clean it was.
− I did not like that the staff checked me into a room that lights was flickering, refrigerator was not working properly, also staff allowed an different guest access to my room due to entering the wrong room number in their system. At that moment I no longer felt safe to stay.

bad service, dirty room. everything in the room was dirty and used old good old sheets restroom covered in feces.

6.0They don't clean/service your room unless you ask them to. Saw small cockroaches in our room. Breakfast is ok. Had to ask for a new tv remote. First room they gave us smelled like an ashtray. We quickly got a new one.

4.0The room smelled and the carpet was worn, soiled and possibly moldy. I would have asked for another room but we had minimal time before our dinner reservation.
