10.0The hotel manager/owner was fantastic. He knew when we were going to Machu Picchu and made sure we had our passports, bus tickets, and Machu Picchu tickets. When there was trouble getting out of Aguas Calientes, he was working with his contacts to give is updates. Im not sure we would have been able to leave without his assistance. He was helpful in every way during our stay.

4.0The hotel is in a great location (but I think all hotels in Aguacalientes are). We were in Room 305, the wifi was very poor, so bad you could not upload any pictures if you wanted to. The hot water is shut off during the day, if you wanted hot water had to ask them o turn it on than wait 5-10 mins, our room ran out of toilet paper, the free breakfast was sparse and unlike all the other hotels we stayed at ther was no tea and coca leaves available 24 hrs per day. There were not many people staying at the hotel, so you would think that the service would’ve been better.
