The stay was somewhat disappointing for a Courtyard property

− The hotel is very tired. The linens & towels need to be replaced. The comforters were significantly stained & towels were yellowed/old.

Only reason we stayed there was for the event we were attending
4.0Location was convenient to our event! The staff was friendly and accommodating !
− Room was wasn’t the cleanest! There was, looked like blood stain, dirty blanket! The shower pressure sucked! The hallway outside the room carpet was dirty! We were shocked there wasn’t a free breakfast for the cost of the room! They had the nerve to charge $10.50 for a bowl of oatmeal! The charge for the room was ridiculously high!
I’m usually not one to complain about things but I do think a clean hotel room is important.
3.0I had an amazing time and the show hosted in the horizon center was great. The convince of it being connected to the hotel was really cool
− However, I checked into my hotel and within an hour of being there, I was using the bathroom with the door open thinking, I am in my hotel room alone, next thing I know housekeeping came barging in with a knock as the door was already open at that point. Thought it was a bit strange they just walked in immediately and I wasn’t there long. The bed blankets and sheets smelled very musty. There was a long black hair in the shower that was not mine as I am blonde with blue eyes. And the lotion bottle in the bathroom (the mini travel sized) only had a little squirt left like someone had used the bottle, red flagging to me that the bathroom was not cleaned well. Or at all.
