10.0We stayed one night while visiting Malinalco and Chalma and it was just right for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Area was quiet as it was away from the center of town. One thing to be aware of is that you have a bit of an uphill walk from the center of town to the hotel. Would stay here again!

4.0La habitación que nosdieron carecía de una cortina adecuada; nos cambiaron sin problema a otra pero esta tenía muhas carencias: no había cortina en la regadera y todo el baño se mojaba, por la puerta del año entraba mucha luz; no servía la lamára de mesa; el baño no tenía toallas para secarse del baño. No vuelvo

8.0Estuvo muy bien el servicio, solo como comentario cuando hice la reservación me comentaron que el desayuno venía incluido, y llegando al hotel me comentaron que no está incluido, otro tema es que para facturar me comentan que es con un costo extra.
