An awful experience with a misleading room and terrible service.

− I highly suggests avoiding this place. What is advertised is completely different from reality. The room was not accessible at all, despite what was promised in our booking. The conditions inside were awful and unacceptable: * The air conditioning worked really poorly. * The toilet flush button was broken, so the toilet was unusable. * There was rust all over the shower head. * Worst of all, there was visible mold in the shower, which is a serious health hazard. The apartment was dirty and unlivable. When we called the owner to report these issues, he completely denied everything and was extremely unhelpful. We felt so unsafe and uncomfortable that we left immediately without using anything, and had to book another hotel down the street just to have a proper place to sleep.
