− Una auténtica pesadilla. Nos tuvimos que marchar y buscar otro alojamiento. Nuestra experiencia ha sido absolutamente lamentable. El estado real de las habitaciones estaba, en nuestra opinión, muy lejos de la imagen y categoría con la que se publicita este alojamiento. Las habitaciones presentaban importantes deficiencias de limpieza y mantenimiento. En apenas dos días tuvimos problemas con las duchas, los interruptores de la luz y el inodoro. En una de las habitaciones prácticamente no funcionaban los interruptores y una de las duchas tenía un caudal tan deficiente que posteriormente el propio establecimiento reconoció que el cabezal estaba obstruido y tuvo que limpiarlo. Cuando comprobamos los problemas con las duchas eran aproximadamente las 22:00 y no había nadie disponible a quien pudiéramos reclamar o pedir una solución. La situación llegó a tal punto que nos vimos obligados a abandonar el alojamiento antes de finalizar nuestra estancia y buscar otro sitio donde alojarnos. Sencillamente, consideramos que allí no se daban unas condiciones mínimas para dormir, ducharse y descansar con normalidad. Después de varios problemas en apenas dos días, decidimos que no podíamos continuar nuestra estancia. Posteriormente, el establecimiento ha afirmado que nos había ofrecido habitaciones mejores. Queremos dejar claro que en ningún momento rechazamos unas habitaciones mejores ni se nos ofreció cambiar nuestras habitaciones por otras superiores como solución a los problemas que estábamos sufriendo. Si realmente disponían de habitaciones en mejores condiciones, evidentemente las habríamos aceptado. Tenemos fotografías y vídeos realizados durante nuestra estancia que muestran el estado en el que encontramos las habitaciones y las deficiencias que estamos describiendo.

10.0This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and its in a great location, the hotel is very clean and the rooms are lovely, the staff are very helpful and there was great communication regarding are stay i would highly recommend.
