9.0The vibe is great! Chill and relaxed, even though it is in the middle of Playa Den Bossa. The view is awesome, the pool is good and the possibility to go to the sea and get back without actually leaving the hotel is also great, I don’t know if there’s such option in other hotels. The room is spacious and very nice and comfortable, bed is good also. All the facilities are working perfectly and for us nothing complicated our stay. Stuff was very friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left to the airport. Need to say special thanks to Carol the bartender, who helped us to find a good contacts on the island where we could buy good tickets and rent the transport.
− We were a little upset with the double bed being just a two single beds together. Also it would be nice to have a wardrobe or closet for storing clothes, as simple rack is not enough.

It's beautiful and conceptual, but I would improve some aspects.
7.0The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are unique. The staff is friendly and tries to help with everything.
− There was one terrible moment. In the morning, I was standing on the balcony and saw the staff washing the floors near the pool. And they were scraping all the dirty water off the floor with a rubber brush into the pool. It was disgusting. After what I saw, I absolutely didn't want to go swimming in the pool. I'd also like to point out that there's very little choice for breakfast. Thanks to Victoria for at least bringing us yogurt.
Love that it was close to the beach and to some of the major clubs.
8.0The Front Desk staff were amazingly helpful, especially the overnight guy and I’m sorry I can’t remember his name
− I had asked for a king bed and I got two twin beds pushed together and two separate mattresses The beds were about 10 kg each and they were on tile floors so during the night Every time I would roll over I would fall between the beds.
