Didn’t meet my expectations
5.0The hotel was clean, most of the staff were friendly and polite.
− I didn’t like our room, I noticed later it’s right next to the renovation area with all the noise and dust!! I didn’t ask to change my room though. The food in the main restaurant was decent!! Didn’t like the taste of most of the dishes, which was weird to me as I expected more from a 4 star hotel and sunrise has a great reputation!! Gamila Restaurant on the other hand was great, very authentic Egyptian food!! But the staff were not friendly or nice to us as Egyptian, unlike how I noticed they treated the non Egyptian guests!! Next time I’m in Hurghada, I’ll try different resort honestly, as this one didn’t meet my expectations and wasn’t cheap!!

9.0Le personnel est vraiment adorable et aux petits soins pour sa clientèle. Ils ont contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable. L’accès à la mer et le côté privatif et plus calme de la jetée. Propreté. Chambres bien isolées et toujours propres.
− Quand même beaucoup de monde en pleine saison. Hôtel familial, avec beaucoup d’enfants. En pleine saison, si vous voulez un peu de calme, ce sera plus compliqué. On n’a pas su rester aux abords des piscines, on a préféré se reposer sur la partie plage, plus calme. Le restaurant est mal isolé. Beaucoup de bruit (car beaucoup de monde et bruit permanent de chariots)

10.0Staff gentilissimo ! Dai camerieri agli addetti alle pulizie ai bagnini ! Sono tutti attenti ad ogni necessità e sono sempre pronti a regalare un sorriso a tutti . Tutti i servizi sono organizzati in maniera impeccabile,sia quegli interni che li esterni come il giro in barca ad Orange bay e la visita a hula hula . Cibo ottimo e varietà ogni sera dal sushi ai piatti tradizionali .
