1.0− الأكل ليس له مزاق جيد وايضاً منظر البوفيه لا يوجد اهتمام بنظافة البوفيه والغرف لا يتم تجديدها وحين وصولي تم إبلاغي أنني لا أستطيع أخذ مشروبات كحولية رغم أن حجزي كان يشمل كل شيء وتم احتساب العمله بسعر اعلي من سعر البنك المعلن ورغم ذلك أنني لا اشرب الكحول ولكن لماذا يكون في تمييز بين النزلاء
