4.0Property is not as "pretty" as shown in the pictures, original room didnt have a microwave and fridge, new room did have them but it was next to weed smokers and drunks, bad smell on hallways at all times.

2.0The staff and the property were great however the very strong smell of mold needs to be addressed people can get sick. Not wanting to give refunds are a big issue also. If someone no longer wants to stay don’t keep them there by keeping their money

2.0Dirty filthy rooms , ripped up carpets , security door broken ,anyone can walk in , staff didnt care , rude and zero customer service , cupboard doors missing , so angry , we cancelled both rooms , driving back to Houston, DO NOT GO TO THIS PIG PEN

4.0Looking at the photos on the website are very misleading. I was under the impression that this was a new hotel because of the “Now Open” sign. Evidently it was just re-opening after being remodeled from hurricane. Unfortunately, the hotel still wreaks of mold and has a pungent odor. The property is also in a sketchy area-glad it was just me and not my family on the trip. I would not have been comfortable with my daughter in the hotel.
