Хороший оттель с небольшими недостатками
8.0Хорошее место. Новый отель. Почему то нет номеров с завтраками. Всегда заказываешь отдельно. В номерах плохой туалетный набор. Нет даже зубной пасты.

8.0Небыли завтрака. Никакого. Вообще. Номера не убирали. Полотенца не поменяли. Мусор не вынесли. Водичку не поставили. Номера хорошие. Месторасположение идеальное.
Спящие администраторы
6.0На стойке регистрации очень "замедленные" администраторы. Плохо работают карточки (ключи). Застряли в лифте, так как лифт работает только по карточке, а она не сработала. Пришлось ехать вниз, а администратора не было на месте. Потеряли время в лифте и ждали, пока нам заменят карточку. На завтраке нет всего ассортимента. В 7 утра не было кефира, а в 9-30 уже не было сухофруктов, а может и еще чего-то, сказали, что все съели.
Хороший отель для короткой командировки
10.0Удобно расположенный отель в центре Воронежа. С 11 этажа был прекрасный вид на город. Номер уютный, есть все необходимое. Завтрак вкусный
