7.0I like the location it’s good the host is also responsive
− but some request can’t guarantee as part of policy but will good if also flexible some requests checkout and all but it’s all good , we did not face any issue .

Good but felt not worth the price
5.0The location was good and about 20 minutes from the main sites and close to the train station
− There was not many amenities ie a full length mirror, glasses, tissues. The air conditioning broke on our last day and night and it was stiflingly hot overnight. There was no remedy offered and it made our last night before an early flight unbearable. The toilet was also finicky and overflowed if flushed too hard.
Very expensive given the poor facilities

− Poor value for money. Very small bathroom, no storage there, Sink was blocked, only cheap shampoo was provided. No shower gel or conditioner. No iron/ironing board. Tea bags were not replenished at all even though we stayed 6 nights. Curtains were quite dirty, no blanket was provided only on request. Old air conditioner unit, very noisy and not cooling efficiently.

Good place to stay while visiting Rome. Nice to be out of the centre.

A surcharge of 30 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 23:00 until 00:00 and a surcharge of 40 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 00:00 until 01:00. A surcharge of 10 EUR applies for each additional hour after 1:00. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. For late check-out there is an additional cost.
Cleaning fees are charged extra at 10 EUR per day upon request during check-in. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
