The apartment has an excellent location, close to public transport and the main attractions
9.0We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The metro and bus stops are conveniently located right next to each other, while the Spanish Steps are just a few minutes’ walk away. We arrived quite late, but the communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. The check-in process was a little challenging at first, but the instructions were clear, and once we picked up the key from the room, everything went smoothly. The elevator was also fully functional, which was a nice convenience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the great location and the spacious room.
− The only thing we were not completely satisfied with was the bathroom drainage. On one of the days, the drain became clogged, which caused the bathroom to flood slightly. We would also recommend installing mosquito screens on the windows. On our last evening, a bat managed to get into the room, which was definitely an unexpected little adventure! :)

− Le modalita' di accesso all'appartamento e la communicazione x assistenza e' molto carente, solo via wathsupp, Sono arrivato la sera era buio, e non si capivano bene le istruzioni. Mi ci e' voluta ben 30 minuti di messaggi whatsupp per capire come fare.

− Il bagno inutilizzabile, dopo aver fatto la doccia sì è allagato con l'acqua che è arrivata nella stanza,il piatto doccia era rotto con il rischio di farsi male. Tende bruciacchiate, cuscini scomodissimi.
