1.0The location. Maintenance staff was responsive in all honesty.
− The staff at the office was extremely cold. We took two properties in the same building . Both were not clean. We had cockroaches visits at least three times. No towels in the property. You would not be able to cook. We had to buy towels for our stay. In the living room we had two small tables that were in a condition to throw them in the bin. It was not comfortable at all. We stayed there 8 days. Benicassim was good but not the property.

− El apartamento muy básico y los muebles rotos y algo de suciedad dentro del apartamento y dejadez

5.0La ubicación es buena pero el mobiliario desfasado y con defectos, reservamos un apartamento con dos camas y nos dieron una con cama de matrimonio, no se correspondía con lo que habíamos reservado
− El mobiliario es escaso, desfasado y con defectos como las mesitas de centro del sofá, el mueble de la TV o los muebles de la cocina con cajones rotos , la persiana del salón no se podía subir , la mampara del baño se sale el agua porque no cierra herméticamente y un detalle muy desagradable fue que nos tuvieron que llamar para que vaciáramos una garrafa de más de 10 litros de agua del aire acondicionado que estaba rebosando en la terraza el segundo día que estuvimos allí , con el peso que eso conlleva ya que no la vaciaron ellos con anterioridad no creo que sea algo que debamos hacer nosotros.
