It was a great stay.
8.0I love the suite. I can visit comfortably with my friend in the comfy big sofa.
− The a/c didn't quite get the bedroom cooled enough for me. I'd prefer a cooler sleeping area and moderate temp living room if I had a choice.

10.0The room was HUGE compared to most other motels/hotels I've been to. They had a full size fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There was also a very nice little shop that had local made honey, sausage, cheese, and other items. The location was perfect, everything was great.

8.0This is a nice old fashioned motel. The owner was very friendly and helpful and told us how to get to area attractions. The room was large, attractive, and clean. The bed was very comfortable with nice bedding. There were thoughtful touches including a fridge with freezer, a real coffee maker with good coffee, fluffy towels, and good quality soap. However, the room's only window looks out on a dark passageway, so the room is very dark. There was a bright overhead light and a lamp on the single bedside table. I would have liked a table and lamp on both sides of the king bed for better ambient lighting and somewhere for each of us to put a water glass, etc. The motel also advertised a nice outdoor area with several attractive photos on the website. The area had not been maintained recently, so the garden was looking sad, the outdoor seat cushions were stained, the tables were dirty, and there were cigarette butts lying around. There was a little gift shop in the lobby and we bought some of the owner's delicious, homemade donuts.
