3.0Good location and not far from Alton towers
− Leaking shower door, poor toilet flush, pool tiles chipped and broken, had to pay for parking despite paying to stay at hotel
Great hotel to stop off for a night or two.
8.0Nice building, reception, bar and restaurant. Breakfast had a great selection for all the family. The sand pit outside was a nice touch, as was having a large screen showing the football.
− The pool was very crowded even with a fixed booking slot, and the kids facilities were very limited to just the sand pit.
