10.0We have just returned from what can only be described as a ‘wonderful’ city break courtesy of The Grand Boutique Hotel - Bucharest. The hotel itself is stunning & enriched with history. But the thing that shone the most for us, was the ‘outstanding’ customer service we received. The whole team bent over backwards to ensure we were looked after. Forgive my lack of ability to spell individual names! But a special mention goes out to the receptionist who saved the day & arranged another excursion for us, as we had missed the one previously planned… The lady who looked after us at breakfast was the sweetest, courteous person imaginable. Everyone there made our trip special & memorable. Thank you! And we hope to see you again some time.

Great place to stay.
10.0Lovely old world hotel with character a short walk from the old town. We had a lovely big room with a huge bathroom and had a great night sleep. Nice snug bar for drinks and very helpful staff especially Doina who took care of breakfast. Really felt welcome and would certainly stay here again.
