4.0The room was basically clean.
− Stale smoke odor in the room (I'm allergic to smoke); air conditioner/dehumidifier didn't keep the room cool enough; we were right by the double doors that went outside so anyone coming and going all night made the door squeak; ceiling fan didn't go very fast to help cool the room down; keys really hard to make work in the locks; "ice machine" was six ice trays in the refrigerator by the office desk; washcloth (there was only 1 for 3 people) needed to be bleached.
