− I paid for 5 guests to be staying and there was only 2 plates, not enough cutlery and only 2 towels. The shower wasn’t very clean Needs new upgrade on the silicone around Couch was gross and uncomfortable Dishwashing liquid was cheap Water pressure was terrible Barely stayed hot

3.0Light globes blown. Very bad water pressure. Dishwashing liquid watered down. Very poor selection off crockery. Filthy couch. Dirty floors.

− Pathetic kitchen equipment. Very poor facilities: cheap, significant use damage. No towel rail. Was one; obviously broken off but no effort to replace. Heating pathetic. Total rip off.

− Had to clean everything and take out rubbish or be charged a fee. Wouldn’t have booked had I known I was responsible for cleaning everything before we left.
