10.0הגענו שני זוגות ללילה אחד, הצוות היה מסביר פנים, ונענה לכל בקשה שלנו. הזמנו לילה אחד ללא ארוחת בוקר, וקיבלנו ארוחת בוקר במתנה. הייתה זו מחווה יוצאת דופן. המלון יפיפה, הבריכה גדולה.

10.0Our room was huge and in a lovely spot overlooking the water. The shuttle service to the beach was a bonus and it was close enough to easily walk back. Easy walk to the main street and restaurants.

8.0We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! The hotel is beautiful and very spacious, with a perfect location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, making it peaceful and relaxing. Our room was huge and included a jacuzzi, which was absolutely worth it. If you have the chance, I highly recommend booking this room type. The view was also beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The pool is one of the best we've experienced at any hotel. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. Dinner exceeded our expectations. Every evening there was a different menu with several delicious options to choose from, which was a lovely surprise. Everything we tried was excellent. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily return!
− The only area that really disappointed us was the housekeeping. The hotel states that bed linen is changed every two days, but during our stay this didn't seem to happen. The same stains remained on the sheets the entire time. It was also noticeable that the sheets were very worn from repeated washing - they were extremely thin, had small holes around the edges, and even tore very easily. Housekeeping also came quite late every day, usually between 4:00 and 5:00 PM. This was exactly the time we wanted to return to the room to cool down after being in the sun, shower, and relax. We would have preferred the room to be cleaned in the morning or around lunchtime instead. To be fair, on one day we accidentally left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on, so that missed cleaning was our mistake. The quality of the cleaning could also be improved. The floors were never cleaned, and housekeeping mostly just emptied the bin, made the bed, and replaced the towels. Another thing that stood out was the music in the dining area. The exact same playlist was played every single day. I honestly wonder how the staff don't get tired of hearing the same songs over and over again! What made it even more noticeable was that the recording itself seemed to be damaged, especially the instrumental saxophone love songs, which skipped or distorted at exactly the same points every day. At first it was quite funny, but after hearing the same broken tracks for several days, it became rather irritating. As a musician, I found it particularly distracting. I would really recommend updating both the playlist and the audio recording.
