7.0The size of the room for the price was good. The location of the hotel is nice, you are in the heart of downtown. Valet services were working very hard. Complimentary drink hour was fun!
− Staff was unbeliveably rude. Room didnt have airconditioning and staff was rude about having to fix that. Only 2 valet workers causes slow time to get car. Wedding in hotel blocked the lobby for an hour and required other guests to stand outside and wait.

− Die Klimaanlage konnte man nicht steuern. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Morgens beim Buffet war es sehr voll unscharf wurden keine Tische frei geräumt und sauber gemacht.
Misleading
2.0In accurate booking pictures and description of trip said it two bedroom suite and it was only one bedroom and a pullout couch. They would not do anything to compensate us. They also knew it was misleading and refused to change anything about it. Neither phones work in our room we can’t call for any type of service if we had to. I couldn’t even call the front desk. The pictures on the wall for decorations still have the price tag on them very sloppy.
No 2 Bedroom Suites
2.0Buyer beware 2 bedroom suites are not actually 2 bedrooms. It’s 1 bedroom and 1 living room. Completely misleading. Spoke to the front desk. They are aware that that is how it’s marketed.
