− Pool was closed and the refrigerator in the room would barely cool the stuff placed in it.

4.0− This is a hotel brand we frequently use, so I was quite disappointed with our experience. Traffic at this location is very heavy on weekdays, making it difficult to enter and exit the parking lot. The pool was temporarily closed, but this was not disclosed at the time of booking or check-in. The refrigerator in our room was not functioning, which appears to be a recurring issue with this hotel brand, as we've experienced similar problems during previous stays with Hampton Inn. Additionally, the beds, which were listed as queens, appeared to be fulls, and were very hard, with one bed making noises as if it might break apart with movement. Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied and decided to cut our trip short by one day due to our experience at the hotel. We would not recommend this location.
