− the signage of the Hotel”s entrance is too small. We missed the entrance
Double charged and unhappy
1.0Property is near Legoland but not shaded so still a bit of a walk especially if traveller has stroller.
− Property double charged my stay and as of writing still has not addressed my concern even though I have raised it before my check out. Property charged guest prior to my check out without informing me and giving me a chance to explain that it’s already paid for. Extra hassle trying to get a refund and not responsive to an overseas guest
