− The hotel rooms are dated. The bed was uncomfortable. I wasn't impressed. For the money I paid, I was disappointed.

− The rooms are very dated. There was no socket near the bed for my CPap machine, which caused me a problem. The bed was not particularly comfortable. Expected more for the price!

7.0Nice spacious room, plenty of parking.
− Wanted us to pay an extra £20 to be able to checkin at 12noon rather than the 2pm arrival time, which to aligns the hotel with the likes of Ryanair, and we were attending a funeral and the wake was being held in the hotel. Plus we would have had lunch there. Instead it was cheaper to drive into central Retford park at a pay and display and have lunch than pay the extra £20. We also had dinner in the hotel later on which wasn't really up to standard.
