Dovrebbe chiamarsi Tropicana hill dato che si trova in cima ad una collina, la stanza era veramente piccola, non c’era spazio per muoversi, presenti in bagno dei simpatici bruchi che ci hanno tenuto compagnia per tutto il soggiorno

El alojamiento está bastante bien. No hay que fijarse mucho de las malísimas reviews, son de gente amargada que espera un hotel 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y con comodidades. El aire acondicionado fue muy bueno. La localización, aunque ligeramente en una colina, es muy buena, con long beach y coral bay super cerca. Recomendamos coger el ferry a coral bay, que aunque la playa está un pelín más lejos, el ferry está mejor comunicado. Cómo punto negativo hay mucha humedad y la ventilación no es buena, deberían ofrecer servicio de limpieza de habitaciones y cambio de toallas cada dos días o así.

I feel this place has had some unfair and harsh reviews in the past. I can of course only base my review on our experience with the room we booked, a triple room with AC. Yes it is a bit of a walk from the long beach jetty and there is a bit of a broken up path with a small incline to the reception but from coral beach the hill is steep. We were greeted at reception by a friendly host and a bottle of water. We found our room to be clean and as the pictures stated, we had a fan and air conditioning and the room was quickly cooled after a hot walk. Our room was unfortunately at the top of another hill but can't be helped given the landscape of the property. The bathroom was acceptable the shower could have been slightly better as it didn't have much pressure but was enough to wash. There was no wifi in the room and the mobile reception is minor and patchy at best but this IS a remote island paradise. If you need entertainment in your room you'd be best to download a series or two but generally browsing internet and social media just about worked on mobile data. The property is a short and fairly easy walk from long beach and its restaurants, shops & bars about 5 mins. It's also a 5-10 minute walk from coral beach which is great for watching sunset but the steep hill is short but sweaty. I think the price of this room is more on the expensive side for basic accommodation but the AC is worth the upgrade as the jungle island is hot & humid. All in all we were happy with the stay

On a jamais eu de réponse à nos messages. Arrives sur place on a expliqué qu’on repartait plus tôt à cause de l’avion, et donc demander si ils peuvent faire quelque chose car j’ai prévenu y’a longtemps mais comme ils ne répondaient pas aux mails j’ai dû attendre d’être sur place et sans aucuns efforts on a eu un non ou débrouillez vous avec hotel.com et hôtel.com les a contacte et a eu un refus donc hôtel.com ne font rien de plus pour nous. La wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans les chambres, uniquement à l’accueil. Et pour se rendre à l’hôtel, bon courage on était seul avec nos valises à énormément marché sans indication sur la plage sous forte chaleur.

Durante nuestra estancia sufrimos un robo dentro de la habitación. Al regresar descubrimos que nuestras pertenencias habían sido revisadas con todo detalle y únicamente desapareció el dinero en efectivo. La puerta estaba cerrada y no mostraba signos de haber sido forzada, lo que genera una gran preocupación sobre la seguridad en el establecimiento. La reacción del hotel ante el incidente fue limitada y no sentimos que hubiera una ayuda real para resolver la situación. Finalmente tuvimos que acudir a la policía y presentar una denuncia formal. Por nuestra experiencia personal, no recomendaríamos este alojamiento a quienes valoren la seguridad de sus pertenencias. Tampoco limpian la habitación ningún día durante la estancia . El wifi solo funciona si estás en una zona común llena de mosquitos. A las habitaciones no llega nada. Si quieres quedarte en Islas Perhentian, te recomiendo elegir cualquier otro alojamiento. Ojalá nosotros lo hubiéramos hecho. Quedas avisado 😉 Así que recomiendo alojarse en cualquier otro sitio que no sea este . NADA RECOMENDABLE
