− The stool was damaged. I reported it, but they didn't offer to move us to another room. The refrigerator did not work. They gave us a different one.

− Was not remodeled, gross, dirty, old, poor quality, no shampoo and conditioner or soap. Desk guy was weird and couldn’t understand or speak English

− Bed was too high. Had to buy stool to get into bed, no coffee maker in room. No Kleenex in room . Hard to understand staff. Vending machines had no snacks,
