− There was no hot water except the one time the receptionist came to check it out The walkways are super tight with chairs and people’s stuff blocking it, making it hard to get in and out of your room.

Staff was very welcoming. A lovely little area that was not too crowed and brought back the feel of “old Florida”. Loved
10.0Close to shopping and restaurants. Short walk to beach and the area was not over crowded. Very nice staff. Clean rooms with a pool. Also they provided all the beach equipment (chairs, towels, umbrella) w/o paying an extra fee to use.
− Parking a little tight but not a game changer.
