7.0The beds are very comfortable and the staff are very friendly.
− The indoor pool is air conditioned to the point of being uncomfortable and the breakfast is so poor quality it's barely edible.
To sum it up hotel is over priced, and the hygiene of the room is not considered, but is you need something for convenie

− I did not like that there was a vermin in my bathroom and the shower was not clean. The sheets were clean but worn.

− Gnats flying around our room, flys everywhere in the indoor poor, our bathtub wouldn’t drain and the humidity was extreme in the actual Hotel. They need a major dehumidifier to help! Night shift was nice.

Reservation not honored

− Our reservation, which had been made two weeks beforehand was given away upon our arrival just because we arrived at 10:00. This was infuriating, and the staff suggested we stay at a different motel. We didn't want to and the only way to stay at the present hotel was to rebook it again while we were sitting in the lobby. The hotel itself was excellent, but this front desk decision was unacceptable.
