Adorei o Colmeal e o projeto subjacente, mas pensaria duas vezes quanto ao local para jantar.
8.0Da arquitetura e do enquadramento paisagístico, num todo genial. Gostei particularmente do excelente trabalho e disponibilidade de dois funcionários, por contraste com os restantes que pecavam pela falta de profissionalismo. Os 2 funcionários foram: a menina responsável pela receção à chegada e na partida, e o funcionário que estava a trabalhar no período e na sala do pequeno almoço (não creio que fosse de nacionalidade portuguesa). Infelizmente não retive o nome de ambos mas, bravo.
− No quarto, os colchões eram de má qualidade para um hotel de 4 estrelas. O que mais desiludiu, claramente, a qualidade do menu jantar. Os produtos das entradas eram bons, exceto o pão, mal feito. Os pratos principais e sobremesas, uma desilusão total, numa combinação de produtos errada, sem nunca valorizar a gastronomia e os produtos locais. Percebia-se que quem cozinhava, não tinha referências gastronómicas mas, pior, não tinha técnica para um empreendimento desta qualidade e raridade. Por vezes é melhor manter as coisas simples e genuínas pois alta cozinha, só para quem sabe.

9.0Wunderschöne, nicht alltägliche Architektur. Sehr ruhig, kleiner Garten mit schönem Pool. Wer gerne sehr abseits in der Natur ist, ist hier richtig.
− Steile Treppen zu den Zimmern, kein Lift.
